At Bendable Bodies Yoga our mission is to provide our students with a pleasant environment to practice the art and science of Vinyasa yoga. Our studio has 1000 sq. ft. of practice space with lots of natural lighting making it warm and inviting. We are located on the Manchester, NH/Goffstown, NH  line inside The Little Green Mall Plaza.

Bendable Bodies Yoga invites you to experience all the benefits that Vinyasa yoga has to offer. Whether you are participating in a Beginner, All Levels,  Intermediate, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra or simply relaxing in a Restorative class there is a place for everyone regardless of weight, age and/or flexibility. Check out the class descriptions page for specifics on each class.   *First class is free for new students.
