Title: Stay Tuned:  Sound, Movement, and Healthy Energy  
 
Description:   A day of exploring the energy centers in the body using sound, movement, and guided visualization with Kathleen Nagy, The Sound Lady and Dani-Jean Stuart, Spirit Sanctuary Energy Healing. 
Timeline:  8:30 to 9 for registration/taking voiceprints, 9-12 and 12:30-5 workshop time, 5-5:30 for taking voiceprints.
 
Cost: $85.00 pre-registered/pre-paid (includes pitch pipe), $95.00 day of (includes pitch pipe).
 
Included:  A before and after voiceprint showing the condition of  your own energy centers and how the workshop affected them (a $50.00 value).  Pitch pipe for daily use in tuning up your own energy centers.  Link to download your own  free voice energy analysis software for continued use as your personal energy monitoring tool. Notebook. Comprehensive chakra chart.  Suggested reading list.  Art materials will be provided.
 
 
Together Kathleen and Dani-Jean will guide the group on an interactive journey through the chakras and show how sound and movement can help balance them.  You'll leave the day with real knowledge of your own energy body and with tips, tools, and techniques on how to continue your own journey toward balance. 

About the Workshop Facilitators:  Dani-Jean Stuart is a certified teacher of Let Your Yoga Dance (formerly Kripalu DansKinetics), an expressive moving yoga form that brings people comfortably into their bodies while moving energy through the chakra system.  She has studied at Kripalu with Anodea Judith, author of "Eastern Body, Western Mind." She also leads the Masala Bhangra Workout in and around greater Manchester and Concord.      

Kathleen Nagy is a classically trained musician in French Horn who has taught and performed classical works as well as recorded her own pieces over an 18 year career.  Certain of the healing effects of sound and music, she has been using voice analysis for healing for twelve years as a BioAcoustic Biology Research Associate.  On the Board of Directors for Sound Health International of Ohio for four years, she has worked closely with the founder of the Human BioAcoustics method of healing.
